as jeto (i think) said the LA scene has died in the last 3-4 mounth.
when i just got there 9 mounth ago there was party's every weekend and even 2 at the same weekend but i think it was after the tim shculdt / infected mushroom party that was busted before infected started playing and was kinnda empty with people that there was no more party in the city of angels.
san francisco is a good place for trancers cause the DNA club got psy-trance partys every 2nd weekend sponserd by thump-radio, and every mounth they bring a famous dj or group for a party, plus u got GOA-GIL in frisco whos celebrating his birthday every couple of mounth in nice outdoor partys.
right now im in seattle WA and there's no scene here whatsoever.
i heard NYC is the best place in the states for psytrance.
but u can find party's everywhere i was in party's in atlanta, san diego ,phoenix.

I was at the Tim Shultd / Infected Mushroom party.. I think that was the worst party I have ever been for.. The location was nice everything was good.. but I paid $20 for Infected Mushroom and I didnt see them at the party. I think that was a major rip off.. but yea no parties nowdays in LA |

Liquid Grin has parties in and around L.A (maybe not often),
but they have good line ups so keep your hopes up

Green Sector also has parties like they did last weekend and it looks like we can look forward to a forest party for New Years..I don't think we've heard the last from Five Star or Heavy Rotation either.. a little more faith people!

Jeto, I paid $20 dollars twice before the Tim/Infected party, and both times (outdoor) the parties were busted by L.A.P.D.
Thats why I didn't go to the Tim/Infected party, party in the San Fernando valley=Police=No party.

The party went on till 5 in the morning tho..
this Gurl DJ came on after Tim instead... and where is Erez and Duvdev and I ask the security and the people for refund and they act like Im on drugs. and I was sober so I think its rip off...
So anyone know of some parties dont hesitate to post okay...?

Guys,
Van Nuys and outdoor party? The party was in a residential area in the heart of the crime ridden SF Valley. Of course the party wouldn't last too long!
The organizers from that party were not even from LA. I think they were from San Diego..Great effort but it sounded doomed from the beginning.
Jeto, the New Years party hasn't been 100% confirmed yet but it will be held on private property and the last party there went off perfectly..no interruptions, beautiful sunrise and great friends..

Infected were there. My brother told me spoke with Erez and Duvdev after the party was over (busted).
I don't know why they didn't play. Infected's next party in ChinaTown was beautiful (Even though it was indoor party).

The Van Nuys party was the Tim Schuldt/Infected Mushroom party..it was at a paintball park.
The ChinaTown party was nice..good memories

Maybe you just arent looking hard enough
Granted, we don't have your 10,000 person Israeli trance massive that you might be used to... But we have very fun and wonderful, intimate 200-300+ person events and tons of free outdoor trance parties all year long! Even in the snow!!!
I've been throwing trance parties in Seattle for 5 years... with a group called Inertia Labs.
There are a few other party crews too who do psychedelic trance events as well. Environmental Structures in Seattle... Apollos Lute in Portland... and the Organix crew up in Vancouver BC... The whole Pacific Northwest psytrance party scene is kind of united.
Seattle alone has been blessed with great international acts like Cosmosis, Hux Flux, Hallucinogen, Tristan, DJ Anti, Analog Pussy, Olli Wisdom, and more!
