I might answer the purpose of this thread but I wont because too many times have I decided I didnt like an artist/alblum/track, only to hear it in a different context/state of conscioussness and totally loved it, and loved it forever after. So I will not make such an ass of myself again!! |

That last Azax Syndrome.
And any other release labeled 'dark' but to me sounds like panty assed happy pop trance.
(any artist that cuts the low end out of the kick to simulate that DJ trick or whatever they're doing in an intro or breakdown makes me really violent and I want to punch somebody (hmm, so maybe it is 'dark').
Etnica - Triptonite (any version)
I'm sorry, but I think I only liked this track the first time I heard it. After that... *shrug*

Very good statement. I see it the same way generally but there are some tracks/artists that i generaly do not like.

I really like a lot of the tracks mentioned here - and even if I don't, I am sure other people do - or have in the past.
I don't understand the point of this thread. So you don't like something that others like. You just want to rub it in or something? what a way to spread good vibes. let's bash some music. yay!

i cant listen to some old records (i dont have names of them) anymore, because it always reminds me the time when i listened to them for the first time and i so miss that time. it were my first days with this wonderful music, and when i listen to them i feel so fucking old and i miss that time with my friends spending night after night on our small hilltop being fucking blasted away by the music we just had discovered back then.

Sorry for my negativity it's usually not me.. But these 2 just piss me off.. The Dali track is alright, it's just the vocal that is fucking horrible....
