Since it's been in the scandinavia section without any luck I'm moving it to unidentified and you might get luckier. Did you try messaging the guy who uploaded the video to youtube?

According to a recent post on Youtube, the video is called "The Tale Of How", and is created by the Blackheart Gang, Jannes Hendrikz, Ree Treweek and Markus Smit.
I'm guessing the original poster might already know this info!
