Weird project problem Cubase Sx3

Hey to all 
Today i have this weird problem, i was doing this track everything was going just smooth and then the pc crashes and shut down and re-start- , when i open the file again it runed ok until it came to minute 3 that has basslike,kick,lead u know the whole stuff and every 2 beats it mute's him self :S every 2 beats happends the same but it only happend from minute 3 to foward, maybe im thinking that the file crashed and wont work good anymore but why the other part of the project runs ok, any ideas =??? This happend on the asio channel, its not my sound card cause i open other project and runs good ...somebody , any ideas??

Today i opened the project again and what??? the project was working ok again, maybe it could be my soundcard, but i wont worry anymore soon i will get a motu828 hehe thanx colin
