Weird noise on the monitors

I just noticed, when i move the slider for up and down in google chrome or windows explorer, i get a noise only in my right monitor, like an electricity sounds, you guys maybe know what is the cause of this?

When i listen more carefully its in the left too, but in the right is more loud :S

What soundcard?

If you´re on laptop, does it dissapear when you only with battery?

Is the power source the same as on your computer or do you use a different outlet?

it could be that if you use an external interface with bus power , that something influences the sound bus with unwanted electricity..use the power supply for the interface in that case..

Problem fixed, yes i use laptop and switched the power from 2 diffrent sources for the adapter and monitors in to one, now is all fine, funny never happened before.
I use focusrite scarlett by the way, tnx for the help everybody!
