i just installed emagic Logic 5.5 and i configured my audio driver in logic but the sound wouldnt come, sometimes i would get the blue screen error and restart too but now after trying several times Logic just dosnt open up , everytime while its detecting the ASIO multimedia drivers it gives me a Error Report( the dont send , send error report thing) and closes, i tried un-installing and re installing on several occasions but the problem still persists , i even took out my m-audiophile soundcard and tried with Soundmax digital ,just dosnt happen !!!!! im confused ,some help anyone?

Xmmmm at first sight it seems like a combination of memory and logic problem.
There is a little program "memtest" that tests your installed memory.
You maybe got the problem only with logic cause its propably the most memory usage prog in ur pc,it loads more than 500mb for a 2mb project.
I would also suggest to downgrate your logic version to 5.0.
I ve lost a lot of work using 5.5
Good Luck And Happy New Year!

I use Logic 5.5.1 and Audiotrack Maya 1010 and no problem till here on AMD 64 3200+.
Try install the ASIO soundcard driver at first place, after the Logic. Clean the RegEdit as well.

boom new year
first, yuuuppiii! hehe viral i m glad you are 'messing' with logic
now.. uninstall (and clean from registry everythin as sonik said). install new drivers. a year ago i had the same (blue screens and stuff) but it was memory fault. so if it continues check with memtest your memory. Logic 5.5.1 works fine with me too since then. (p4 2,6 win xp service pack 1, maudio audiophile firewire).
