Old one....
Sheyba - "Trance Africa Express" on the old Flying Rhino comp First Flight had some elephant samples in it.
The Xerox track "Amazon" had some monkeys if I remember correctly.
Now if somebody would just compose a song with a gated cow moo as the lead synth line.
