Weird A1 Oscillator Semitone Problem

I am trying to recreate a sound with A1 Synth in Cubase 3 SE.
Whenever I press Save - The Oscillators jump from -5 semitone to -6.
Checking this thingy gave me these resaults:
Press Save and then-
-1 stays -1
-2 changes to -3 ******* WTF?
-3 stays -3
-4 stays -4
-5 changes to -6 ******* WTF?
-6 stays -6
-7 changes to -8 ******* WTF?
-8 = -8
-9 = -9
-10 = -10
-11 = -11
-12 = 10
What the Fuck?! anyone know?
