WOW I am alllllll about this! Been waiting for an eclipse in my neck of the woods....this is only a few hours from Deerfields right? Anything I can do to help manifest a gethring please PM me!!! Bounce Bounce from BOOM!! |

2 hours 37 minutes partial or total

naturally I vote for arkansas or missouri on this one = ] depending on what our venue situation/transportation situation is like ten years from now..
if we run out of petrol by then I'm down to figure out a solar powered rig for sound and we'll get everyone to hijack amish buggies and hit the road months in advance.. especially the fractal cowboys, as the trip from cali on horse is long and arduous

Right in the path? This should be checked out thoroughly. It almost sounds like the ideal place.
I'm still liking the East Oregon idea. Big desert out the and it'll be summer time. Eclipse to cool us briefly.

so I looked it up and the line falls right over Ozark Avalon where Interfuse (the midwest burningman) is held every year.. since its a psytrance focused burn anyway, It seems like an ideal location being central for the midwest scene to have a location with the longest possible eclipse.
I've talked to the orgs of interfuse and I think its a definite possiblity.. hell if they dont throw it there, I will!
