my image is 140x140, ~4 kb, but i keep getting this message "Cannt Update User Picture".
is there a trick? i even tried uploading someone else's isra avatar, and still it gives me the same message.
help me to take advantage of the new feature, please!

since this is a beta version - the mage can be only of jpg/jpeg type. Dimensions may be no more than 150 pixels (either the width or height) and 7kb is the maximum size.

something that workd for me...
after you find an avatar that you like and fits the specs... do a save as and put .jpg after the file name.
so if you have like a teletubbies pic that you like and it says it's already a jpg image. just save it again as teletubbies1.jpg. and then try and upload it.

my image is a JPEG, 5 kb, 140x140px! i tried several different ones, still get the error.
i even tried saving your avatar and the uploading it, surrender, and it still wouldn't let me.
i can't even select a flag, it gives me this error: Cannt Update Picture from flag.
