Hello everybody,
I wondered if there is a way to gradually pitch shift a sample in cubase, sonar or live?
Until now i used to edit the sample in soundforge and then import it to the DAW (cubase is the one i use most) but i find this boring and time consuming.
So i want to make this function like pitch bend in soundforge directly in the DAW, i don't want to transpose the sample but increase or lower the pitch of it in an amount of time.
Or is there a vst which makes that task easy?

Thank you.

Right-click on Audio clip, Process, Pitch Shift.

You can do straight transpose or over time with an envelope (linear or curved).

That what you are looking for?

you could use a pitch shift plugin like steinberg vocal morpher and automate it.           Work like you don't need the money.

really easy in FL studio. Create automation by righclicking the pitch knob. insert the automation in your playlist and double click on it, then rightclick on the time knob in the window that pops up and create automation with that to your desired specifications. Really cool sonding stuff, especially with fx           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:

any ideas on a great sounding pitchshift like on the new infected album? there is so much shifting done to duvdev's vox throughout the whole album!
