1. 1st run cubase
2.Initializing WaveSheel vst 5.0
3.Waves WaveShell – Could not find any Waves Plug-Ins. Please reinstall Waves Plug-ins reinstall Plug-ins in order to use WaveShell
4. 2nd run cubase
5Initializing WaveSheel vst 5.2
6Waves WaveShell – Could not find any Waves Plug-Ins. Please reinstall Waves Plug-ins reinstall Plug-ins in order to use WaveShell
Story:
I installed Waves Diamond bundle in march and it was OK until august when cubase asked to reinstall it. I haven't get it work since that.

Have you tried checking your program files/steinberg/vstplugins folder? And if you check in plugininformation under "Devices" you can see if they are found by cubase but not loadable.
Otherwise contact waves support.

i use cubase sx 3. directx is not a solution here. I want it work as vst.
i think problem is vista and i'm not able to downgrade it back to xp cause i've HP slimline.
don't think i'm entitled for waves support either
