wavelab plugin question

in wavelab there are 2 places to put "pluging" a top and bottom tray... the top one mainly for actualy plugins, the bottom one desinged for a single mastering plug.
well i want to put L2 or L3 twice! so i need one in the upper tray, and one in the bottom tray.
the bottom tray is no problem, and is where i will do my dithering as well...
i cant seem to be able to find it in the list for the upper tray...
can anyone tell me what im overlooking?

L2 and 3 are mastering plugins and will not appear in the upper tray.
