I have this rolling bassline in wave format and tried to put it in notes but that didnt work out the way I wanted.
I was wondering, if any of you guys know decent a toll or utility that will convert it into midi format.
Again, this is for learning purpose.
Thanks.

You could try this:

I downloaded it the other day, but haven't tried it myself yet. Just don't get it from the Simtel.net server, because it'll download a f*cking downloader which you have to use to get the actual program and it won't even let you to save the program installer to a place of your choice so you can't keep it for later installations.
How I hate that kind of shit!
