I have a little question about it: when u load a wav sampler on Cubase, u only can use the file on the "first step of compass"? Let me explain better....
When u open the audio track u can see numbers that represent the bars of the track(1,2,3...). All I want to do is put my wav at, for ex, 1.2 position. Is it possible? Cause I tried to paste the wav, but the program only accept on position 1,2,3... not between the bars.

Maybe you should check the quantize/snap setting?

if you mean that u import a audio wav to one of the audio chanells and it does'nt play it after 3 bars it happns some time reload again and greb the sampel to the place you want if you dont than do the import audio track.

On the transport bar you've got something like this: 1.1.1, right?
You wanted to move the sample to 1.2, for example? Cut it, right click (right click increases the value, left click decreases it) on the second 1 and paste.
And if you want to drag the sample in the arrange window, do as Mike said; Your snap is probably fixed on bar, change it to 16 or something.
