WAV downloads in FLAC compression - opinions?

I just compressed, uploaded and downloaded my WAV files in FLAC - and I must say, the FLAC format compression is fantastic. It actually compresses the file by 25% without losing any audio quality....ZEROOO...just like a totally lossless zip file with actual compression in size...or you can directly play it in FLAC using a player ... PC is easier than Mac, but both work..

Has anyone out there used FLAC ?? ...i would love to hear from anyone who has opinions about it - good or bad...           **DesTRucTioN is in PRoGReSsss.... WiLL adViSE on ReJuVENatiON.........**

I have to direct some attention to this new format:

http://www.myinfima.com/audio/

they supposedly make loseless compression that is 20% of the original wave file...
Haven't checked it out myself, just read from text.           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

@Trip-
This is what the text says on the site when I look:
"This new technology is able to compress CD music data up to 60% of its original size".

Anyway it's somewhat interesting if they will be able to achieve figures like that with files other than very dynamic music...FLAC could also reduce to 60% on for example classical music with a lot of quiet passages.

If I should go for a proprietary format for archiving my music it really have to be really good compared to the open formats available.           (``·.¸(``·.¸(``·.¸¸.·`´)¸.·`´)¸.·`´)
