This happens all the time here @ Brazil. They lie and say they're avoiding drugs to get in the parties. The fact is that they want me to buy huge amounts of their ultra expensive water.
They even limit water in some Festivals to 5 liters per person, they say it is to avoid people to bring alcohol (usually Whiskey and Vodka).
Ridiculous...

It's just so fun to see prod. like the 3rd Empire which let the crowd get in all they want and depsite this the bar prices are still fair for every pocket.
