warp tab arrow thing image is hidden

I'm missing this in the sample editor of cubase 4 this arrow function to set own tabs and warp a bit some attacks of transicent and well stuff for my works,cannot find it .I use it for years now in nuendo or cubase sx ,it is not new to me.
Where is it in cubase 4?

right click in the tabs from the audio window and check if the tools button are enabled... i think thats what u meant

i mean in the SAMPLE EDITOR window not audio window...
or maybe what u are lookin for are the options from the inspector from the sample editor if thats the case
right click the tabs from the sample editor check if the view options are enabled and then enable the first button with a arrow pointin to the right to show the inspector ( just like in the main window )

yes it is this.But Im looking for .
With right click etc.It is not really there,I found sth new under defenitions,but it is not the right thing.
No matter if I change to default or anything else it is not there.I like the sound of 4 more than sx.
I have the arrow in the project window but not in sample editor.No matter if I set points it warps the tempo of the overall ,the bar ..don't know if it is understandable,but the arrow for time can't find so far.
Now I can only warp the whole bar not whta inside of sample.
Don't know why.What else can I do and how often did I use it in my works ..? damn.
