The website is in portuguese, but send them a mail and I´m sure they will reply to you and help you on this - they are the ones that control all the cultural activities in portugal, and the ones that are responsable for copyright control etc...

realy hope it ends up fast and clean as possible..
remind me the days of "fakes" in traders scene.. this was most funny  as long u not the real artist behind offcourse....
another point of view is :
i would simply say make your sound so unique no one can mistake 
i wanna see this vega dude re-sell infected mushroom/texas faggott/kindzadza/astrix ... too obvious sound charecter..

Thanks everybody I’m very touched by your solidarity specially form Portuguese people offered to help me 
However I need to be 100% sure there is not a file mistake from a distributor... It ‘s strange that the track has the same name.. I asked again the label to confirm clearly that the track on the sites and the one veiga gave them is the same ( it’s difficult to have a clear answer because of this translation problem…)
But if it’s not his track, veiga is really stupid not to answer for almost one week, because his silence could only be interpreted by culpability…and how it’s possible that anybody from them, during 15 days with a beatsdigital and beat ports players on their myspaces, didn’t hear that’s not the right track ?…

Quite a sad thing to hear mate. If you need any help on dealing with this subject, ill be glad to help. Im most sure the label signed a contract with the artist without knowing this situation, and i seriously doubt its a portal mistake, wich only leaves us with Luis Veiga trying to be a smart ass.I can tell u upfront also, that he is not a well know dj in Portugal, so i think he tought he could get away with this and release a good track in his name to raise his profile.Its really stupid, but thats what i think he tried to do.

Hi everybody,
Thanks again for all your support. I received tons of mails and pm , and tried to answer to everybody I must say it’s really pleasant, after this week which was like hell for me…
It seems the label was deceived as I was. I'll try to find an arrangement with them.
They already removed the track from junodownloads and beatsdigital..hope the track will disapear from beatport soon too.
But dj & producer career of this viega has to stop. I hope any promoter or label will never book or sign this guy again. Because this story has to be as an example for people who want to do the same thing.
There are some other tracks form this guy. they are sounding very different the one from the others. Could also be stolen tracks. Go and check out if there’s not your music too.
And I think the label has to remove these tracks too.

yes , its a truely ashame how ppl try to profit from the work of outher persons ... i heard a couple of storys about this veiga .. and this guy should show is face after such bad act ..... not only the fact of putting a track without asking to the artist , but STOLLING one music and put is NAME on IT ....SHAME SHAME SHAME ..VEIGA ... u should face the facts and ask apologize for such stupid and arrogant attitude ...
Jaia , u cetainly in france u can contact the association the autors , and they will contact also SPA in Portugal . because even for Digital selling or even printing CD's a permission must be gave by them (spa) so try to chek that out , and this guy for sure will see what is good for is own arrogance .

Has a portuguese dj i am very interested in the good name of our dance-scene and scum like this only brings bad fame to the work of some honest and fine guys !!!!
This issue has been brought down to discussion in a portuguese music forum, a user posted the problem and gave us the link to this one!!!
All the users were astonished and will try spread the word so this horrible **ht doesnt happen again !!!!

Little tip that is related to the subject...
StOp trading the wav files and stop sending your wav files to anyone without doing researches.
So many wav on different download medias, don't wonder why these things happen. Get to know who you are dealing with. Ask other producers, look for info in forums, stop being like, I wanna get release at no price, absolutely, be smart. Not only you fool yourself, but also the labels you deal with, wasted time, big wasted time and energy on promotion. All labels owners know what I'm talking about, especially those who promote decently and that care just at least a tiny bit about their label.
Register your own tracks too, little expense but that protects somehow your tracks.
Next tip, denounce anything like this!!!!!
