My back and neck is pretty f*cked up due to excessive computer use. Sometimes with exercise it goes a little better but it seems futile to me..
Producers and people who work alot on Pc's? Any sugestions? Im thinking on buying a new chair (a good one) so that i can rest my head behind and not forward. |

It would be a good idea to learn something about ergonomics - Theres plenty of info on this page.

Also, get a computer table that can go up and down - so you dont have to sit down all the time...
Last, get some excercise, go for long walks etc.
and that goes for the rest of you as well

lol.. yeah man, so am i... when i was 16 they told me i'd be bald by 20
im 20 now... still not bald.. but walking towards that lol..
they say the stress and a way active life (therefor an high blood pressure and hearth rate) were the main responsibles.
fuck it.. who needs hair anyway
