I have just received my Visa bill for this month and some fuckers have used my number to rack up over $5000 worth of goodies illegally! Now I thought how did they get my number-the only time I had used my card online was for Saikosounds and that was back in November 08. Then I was talking to my English friend and he said the same thing happened to him to the tune of $9000 with his Visa card. We compared notes and hey what do you know it was the same fuckers-same companies (online-casino's and others) charged to our bills. Then I asked him if he had used the card internationally and guess what he also used it to buy from Saikosounds around the same time last year. This is telling me that Saikosounds online website is NOT SAFE for online transactions.Would Saikosounds like to come on here and tell us if their website is safe or if their website has been attacked or hacked or corrupted in anyway or if they know anything about this? Has this happened to anybody else out there in the psy trance community involving their credit cards ? Please I would like to hear about it. |

i m using saikosounds & psyshop for more then 3 yrs. now neva had ne problems
 the problem with valuing art is, till u dont understand it, it's worthless but wen u do understand it, it's priceless!! |

I do cash transfer using paypal, therefor I'm protected by Paypal security for all payments.
Saikos has no credit card detials of mine that are active on their site so no worries.
Paypal is the best option.
I'll say in the last 6-7 years of using Psyshop and Saiko not one problem like this accounted with or without credit card

my card and mail adress was stolen too\ the fawkers used it up to the limit while I was away and did not know whats going on until I received the bill.
I had also made an order with saikosoundz these past couple of months...
will get in contact and see whats going on if its anything to do with saikosoundz

best thing is to use charge cards (electron visa), no credit cards at all, this way someone cant charge you if theres no money in the card, you just put the amount of what you want to buy each time u use it. i feel somehow safe this way and never had any problems

I doubt it is Saikosounds.
Seriously, what do they have to gain by committing fraud?
Can you seriously tell me that in the last month you did not pay a single bill, groceries, restaurant or even train ticket with you credit card?
You know, a person needs less than 30 seconds with your credit card to be able to get everything they need to use it.
I know. I was frauded in both my home country and in Malaysia, both times was over $30K U.S.
First time was in a software store in K.L, the guy swiped my card through his device prior to the eftpos machine, that single swipe copied all my visa details for him. Second time was when I left my card behind in a restraunt and they did the same thing.
There is more chance of it being a million other people than Saiko. For all you know they took your details 4 months ago and just didn't need them until now.
I think it is pretty cheap that you didn't contact your credit organisation to report this fraud and wait for their investigation before you denounce one of the biggest online psytrance music shops on an online public forum.
Immature to millionth degree. You sure you don't work for one of their competitors and in these hard economic times are spreading vile rumours?
Please inform us once you go through the proper professional avenues what the outcome is.
If it is fraud then your credit companies insurance will pay you back everything I know mate, as I said, it has happened twice to me in the last year

One other important point. None of our staff have access to credit card data. Credit card data is not accessible from any computer in our offices. |
