WARNING! Infected VSTs! Read me!

IMPORTANT NOTICE
I found that a lot of VSTs have trojans/viruses in them and most of them attach that trojan/virus on svchost.exe in windows system32 directory, or in operative memory. Some of them are really buggers but I did get rid of them all.. I have NOD32 for protection but NOD cant delete files, just report them, so I deleted them manualy (those that I can delete).. So I warned you, trojans are mostly found in small freeware VSTs but I think u should have no problem with cracked versions.. If u have any signs of trojans on your computer u should describe it hear and if u now which VST is causeing that u can tell that too.

So you collect shit running behind a train?
A professional sequencer like FL Studio costs you 149$. Synth1, a lot of kjaerhus and voxengo stuff, .. are all great free plugins.
I don't get the retarded attitude. If you want to play soccer, will you steal shoes and a soccer ball?

Sheesh guys. Get off your high horses. If there are trojans included in FREE VSTs, that is a problem for everyone.
If anyone knows of any specific cases of free stuff including trojans/spyware/whatever, please share! (Just don't confuse the free VST with the last p0rn site you visited  ).

Yeha Dezma spent 900 dollars for Cubase SX3, 400 dollars for Kontakt2 , 200 dollars for Battery 2 and much more for hardware.....
At least 4000 dollars, Lucky he got Synth1 for free.
But, who knows, maybe SX3 is the cracked version...
Oh, I forgot Wavelab, thats another 500 dollars..... |

last summer i had got a major problem with a virus called 'parite32b' which tended to infect every *.exe in every drive in my PC sooner or later. Once i ran more than 1 of those infected apps the system crashed and rebooted. i had no clue, and i had no time to find what's going on... i thought it was due to high temperature. Anyway, these continuous crashes smacked out my motherboard and my graphics card. So i was forced (as pissed off first) to find out what the crap was going on.
NOW, the good stuff:
i searched, and searched for antivirus progs, but crap. Everything commercial is too amateur for critical situations, but..

this is a simple but powerful antivirus. it finds and disinfects (or deletes by your choise) almost any infected file.
1st. you have to burn it on a cd-rom so no virus can harm it.
2nd. it runs in ms-dos mode.
3rd. just print and read the instructions.
In my daily use of my workstation, i have installed the a-vast antivirus, which is free and daily updated, unless you run a small business or company.
i don't have it on auto-scan; i just scan anything new before it comes into my pc. it's almost the same as nod32. it does not disinfect EVERY file, but its use is just to find and locate the virus. the rest is for sav32cli.
i know this may sound as 'another crap from a random forum user' but you have to trust me on this, you'll be amazed.

hey guys...
do you know that there is a special virus removal tool for almost all virus in mcafee website?
Having worked as computer technician in the past.......u can use the scan even in shareware mode...and if u discover that u have a virus...u can go and find the virus name in the page of mcafee VIRUS REMOVAL TOOLS..and download the small utilitty to clean the virus.....THIS IS VERY HELPFUL IF U CATCH 1 VIRUS ON A LOT OF FILES....if u have a lot different virus...can work but u need to download all the removal tools for these virus u have.....
If u catch on cvhost....u have to be real lucky to remove it without problems..but can happen altough i would recomend for the less experienced users to backup ,format and set the windows again.....
SCAN every folder before opening.....and keep your data in zip or rar...they don't catch virus...(only if u putted an infected file and zip it u have problem)

the worm is called welchia worm...if ur system is infected or that svchost.exe keeps poppin up, use this anti virus to clean it..
solo antivirus
