WARNING : candyflip records = bullshit label !!! (part 2)

I once again just want to tell all of you that the greek recordlabel candyflip records is not to be considered a serious label and I strongly wish to warn any artists from signing with this label.
candyflip records has refused to pay me for my albums, even though stratos said "you ll get the rest soon" in a previous thred here on isratrance.
that was 2 months ago, which shows how unreliable and unprofessional this recordlabel really is.

candyflip records dont pay their artists and brakes promises, so beware of this bullshit label !!!

That's sad my friend, I've been in your situation many times. What I can say is that from now on you should only send your music in broken version (ie with drops) and only send the real stuff upon payment. Always demand an advance payment and forget about that fairy tale called 'royalties'. By doing this you will never have to hear again common phrases such as 'On monday I'm paying you' or 'my Grandmom is in the hospital so I cannot pay you' or 'I broke up with my girl and I had to buy another one so I am broke and I cannot pay you' or 'We only sold one (1) CD so your payment is $0.36' or 'I haven't got any money right now but as soon as we sell those 50.000 CDs you will be a millionaire' etc.

i didn't no that candyflip records are so bad!?and i understand why is Tolvan so mad abouth the situation!the artists shoud be warnedabouth this case!?!!

asked u invoice and u never sent an official
Candyflip paid u more than 80% of advance ....(still no invoice)
Candyflip sent u money after "you ll get the rest soon"
Candyflip booked u some gigs and u refused to play
Now Candyflip refuse to pay u the rest of advance and brakes promises ONLY with u
Candyflip works with more than 20-30 artists all of them got paid and all the future artist ll get pay
we dont need to proove it
Finaly
Candyflip shows how unprofessional and bullshit label is .

I think u have to call them and discuss this matter through the phone and stop posting in a forum such things...
Writting stuff in a forum wont get you both anywhere...
So call each other and arrange it somehow so that there will be no other parts of this story...
Hope part 2 is the last part of this...
Like I said in the part 1 of this story, this forum is not a court.
Any differences, and personal issues have to be discussed in private or in person...

well, lets take a look at that real close...
candyflip not paying me is shit.
candyflip lying to me is shit.
candyflip lying to me in this forum is shit.
so in that sense its shit, but its your shit and your lies, so maybe you should apologize for all this since its all your fault from the beginning.
if you had payed me instead of telling me so many lies, none of this would have happened.
that is the real shit...
its all so very simple, look here:
first:
last year, you asked me to wait a while for the advance payment because you had at the time some money problems, and I said it was ok.
after a few months when I really needed the advance you started lying to me.
you said things like "yes yes, the money is coming any day now" and " I promise you next week" and bullshit like that for a couple of months.
but there was no money on the way and you knew about it and still lied to me.
not recieving the advances for my albums caused very big problems in my life, and all that because of your lies.
then when I asked you why you lied, you once again started to told me lies...
then you did not talk to me for another 4 months and it was only after I posted here that you "all of a sudden" wanted to send me the rest of the money.
second:
now, 2 months later you still havent payed the rest of the advance, instead you come with lies again.
I sent you guys an proper invoice (I even sent you 2 proper invoices) but you still refused to pay me.
these 2 invoices included interest for all the time you decided not to pay me.
maybe this is why you refuse to pay, but you must understand that you brought this interest upon yourselves by not paying me over a very very long period of time.
my invoices is correct and proper, and today you still refuse to pay me.
third:
when you say that you already payed "more then 80%" of the advance you are once again lying.
Ihave recieved less then 75% of the agreed advance in the signed contracts, this only shows you are lying again.
fourth:
about those "gigs" you booked for me ?
the London party was cancelled, I never refused to play.
and the other bookings you offered to me, you only told to me this after the 4 months of silence, so naturally I thought you was telling me bullshit again.
after all, how could I trust you guys to be telling me the truth about anything really ?
finally:
why dont you simply pay me and get this thing over and done with ? |

again with multipule topics in various sections after we asked you 3 times not do bring this dirty laundry here... not because we dont sympathize with people who gotten "burned" but because we are not a court and have no capabilites to decide who is saying what truthfully. this kind of stuff is meant to be solved in the real world, there are plenty of ways to do so. now that both sides have replied before i got to see this.... i think its best to lock it and ask you tovlan one last time to please stop doing this here.
