I don't use FL but in general you connect the audio out from the blofeld with your soundcard, create an audio track in the sequencer, choose the audio input channel, play the midi file and record the audio data.

Go to the midi settings and add a port number to the midi output where you connected the blofeld, then add the build in 'midi out' plugin and add the same port number on the plugin.
For the audio you have to select the audio input of you soundcard on a fresh channel.
Paste your midi in the pianoroll, put it in the playlist and make sure fl is running in song mode then just hit record.
good luck           http://soundcloud.com/euphoricapsy

Did you check the video tutorials on the FL studio homepage? Maybe you'll find something there.

1.Midi setting - Add a port to the midioutput wich is connected to the midi input of your blofeld (on the screenshot my radias is connected to the 'delta AP MIDI' ,and I choosed port 2.
2. Add the 'midi out' plugin (Channels, add one >midi out) Now fill in the port you added to your blofeld on the plugin (in the screenshot 2).
Now you can play the blofeld with the pianoroll of the midiout plugin.
3.For the audio you have to select an input on an emtpy mixerchannel (In the screenshot I selected insert 21, at the topleft of the mixer you can see I've set the input to 'Analog in 1 Delta-AP[1]', you have to select the input of your soundcard where you connected your audio from the blofeld)
4.before you start recording make sure you have selected audio under the rec button (rightclick).
Then put fl in songmode and draw the patterns you want to record in de playlist, hit record and voila you are finaly recording your blofeld
peace!
