now for some kinda review...

we arrived at about 11 courtesy of the shuttle from stratford tube (nice one ) there were a few people there and it was filling up nicely. after gently chilling 'up' (well we didn't need to chill out yet) we proceeded on our first tour of duty. the place look nice, the people largely friendly, and the music was loud (actually almost too loud at times to my old man ears ) the system was pretty good, with banging sound in most corners of the auditorium.

the djs in the main room were playing a nice slection of tunes, i'm afraid i cannot give a detailed appreciation of them individually as i'm not clear as to who was on when exactly. however i particularly enjoyed hearing logic bomb 'unlimited' at this time.

i know bladerunner played just before alien project, and his set rocked (didn't recognise a single tune - were these all the gems from last months top ten mike? ) slick mixing and all systems go. the main event was ari at 5:20, he may be one consonant short of a football player, but he sure plays a mean live act my front row spies (slightly too hot for fragile little me in the thick of it) inform me that he was a wiggling his dials and strumming his keys / computer with some elan - it certainly sounded like it. an excellent set, though i could barely move at the end of it, i still got up and jigged for his ace last tune - wtf is that monster?

didn't spend too much time in the chill out, but on my occasional saunters through it it seemed as though all was well with the downtempo crowd.. (the juice bar did an extremely nice melon drink )

all in all a great night
congrats mike et al, when is the next one?

woooo hooooooooo!!!

oh yeaaaaah, what balagan. 1st of all, i wanna say it was great to meet all you crazy isratrancers - mr. anteater, jon, astral mike.

the party had ups and downs in my opinion - the music was generally wicked - ari played a very solid live set with lots of twiddling and tweaking with the nobs, fades, cuts ... i was watching him perform carefully. nice stuff! overall i had an awesome time, other than the fact that it was VERY hot in the main room so it was a bit hard to dance, but still, i couldn't help just letting loose and digging like crazy from time to time!

all in all, i really enjoyed this, was great to party israeli style in London! bloody London! cheers Astral Mike, keep at it!

i think i need a week to recover from this one ... (oh my god, i am turning into a mushroom!) ... but XPO here i come!!!

sof haderech ahi ...

tom, jon, hope to see you guys again soon, partying or maybe catching x vs. y LIVE ACT!!! woo hoooooo!!!

over and peace out           this sentence might be false.

Yeah it was a mighty evening...

I wanna add to my colleagues' comments that
the decor was superb - the fluoro South American theme that you might expect from the Alien Project album, but done _very well_.

It was baking in the main room for some of the time, but seemed to become reasonable by the time of Alien Project's set.

Like Tom, I _really_ want to know what the last tune ari played was. It had a sample which shouts about taking loads of mescaline, and some guitar-work. It was probably my favourite tune of the night!

Yeah great to meet you mr neutron...
you have to come back to london soon! Hope you enjoy xpo....

Could it be - 1200 mics - Mescaline????

Looks good though, shame to be missed but i had to do my tax return (?!?) and am itching to be outdoors again for Liquid - you guys know about the advance ticketing situation?
