Hello Everyone,
First of all a very happy, healthy and joyous New Year in 2007 to all of you!
Some of you may have heard the rumours already, and now it is time to confirm that Antaro has retired as promoter of the VooV Experience. After 15 years in a leading role in trance culture, he has decided that it is time to move on and do something different: he will set up a guest house/community in Thailand! As soon as more information about his new project is released, we will let you know. We all wish Antaro the best of luck as he begins a new chapter in his life.
But the festival will continue!
To emphasize that a new chapter will begin in 2007 the festival will be renamed the VUUV and it’s logo will be changed.
The location will again be in Putlitz, Germany – right in between Berlin and Hamburg.
Scotty will continue to work with the same amazing crew, which has evolved over more then a decade. The festival concept will be changed a slightly, due to the experiences from the last years, but the spirit of the festival will be the same unique feeling it has represented since the very beginning.
2007 will be a transformation, a recall of the essence of party culture, a move back to the roots and forward to the realisation of new dreams. Certainly you can expect a high quality production since Scotty still has the same love and passion for organizing the festival like he has had since the legendary first VooV Experience party in Sprötze in 1992.
If you expect the best of Psy Trance, visuals and décor, then VUUV will surely be a highlight of the European outdoor festival season.
The new website www.vuuv2007.com will be online in a short while and it will of course be updated frequently.

Oh well lets hope the best.
My wish would be: Better music on the mainfloor this year

Seems that this years Vuuv  only hast two floors, so that chill and progressive floor are one.

Main Floor:
Friday 10:00 pm until Monday 6:00 am.
On the Main Dance Floor we will present you an exclusive, vibrant range of the best and most innovative international DJs and Live Acts of the genres Psychedelic Trance and Full On. These music magicians will take you on a journey for three nights and days. To provide enough space for the individual Djs creativity, we decided to let them play each a three hour set. To guarantee the perfect nice flow on the dance floor, all live acts will play for one hour each as usual. We will announce the line ups not before the start of the festival...
Chill Electro Floor:
Friday 6:00 pm until Monday 6:00 am Progressive, Electro and Chill Out in the circus tent.
Depending on the individual time of day or night, exceptional representatives of their music genres will perform their very best tunes. This floor will for sure be an extremely diverse alternative to the Main Floor, as well as it will be an enrichment and supplement of VuuV festival.
I'm not happy about that because I didn' spent much time on the main floor the last years.

Yeah hmpf......I enjoyed the progressive floor more than the main the last few years......if your not standing in optimum position on the main next to all the knobheads on the podium in the middle (steroid wierdos posing with sunglasses at night raving around) the sound sounds "derbe kacke". Not the best lives too grml.
Better do something about the sound and get us some proper music going kkthx.

yes where is the DEEP soundz... voov or vuuv has become very lazy in the years, and this is not happening... they need the 3 spaces.. its the way forward... I left this festival 2 years ago.. because of main floor crap... I pray they look into the LSD raver again instead of the Steriod ones!!

Thank you for your overwhelming and positive feedback about this year’s festival...we received mails and messages from all over the planet supporting the idea of the new VuuV and once again an amazing crowd of people loves to get involved with VuuV festival.
The new name and logo, which is inspired by a mix of the Japanese signs for >life< and >tree<, were fully appreciated by most of you.
We are all exited to see this >tree of life< grow and we focus our positive energies towards it’s evolution.
Preparations are moving on and we are sure to present you another magical highlight of this summer’s open air trance festivals.
At the moment line ups are being made and a fine selection of the world’s most interesting electronic musicians being compiled.
This year on the Main Floor you will enjoy the best of Psy and Progressive Trance and Full On, complemented by a mind blowing laser show.
As an alternative there will the Tent Floor with Progressive, Electro and Ambient Electronic Music played, tailored to suit a variety of musical tastes.
The festival will start with a spectacular opening on Friday August 3rd at 10:00 pm and continue until Monday August 6th 6:00 am.
During the last months we have spread flyers all over Asia were the trance scene has gathered and celebrated the winter season.
From May on we will start to send VuuV flyers all around Europe.

Every time I went to VooV ive allways come back with mixed impressions, but have always given it another chance because it is lovable.
Now I may just give it (VooV, VuuV, Buh-huh HooV whatever)it another chance, but it better become alot more loveable. No, seriously please, use this opportunity to fix things.
