Hi VuuV.
years of time I have spent going to VuuV, not for the 7 years could I come back... its shame you dont push the sound concept further, remove alot of these so called big name acts, which aint and are over rated for the last 10 years anyway. Start to bring back the real vibe and use sound on a technical level than an ego level.
Also invite new deco artists from around the globe into your setup. The wheel was great, but always can change the spokes on them?
Hope you do, but hope you also start to look underground for next year.

"its shame you dont push the sound concept further,"
is this all you know how to say ?
find another approach to promoting your artists. Starting off with this is not good |

I havent been to voov/vuuv since '06 and back then the alternative stage had pretty damn good sound (for a German festival at least). I agree that the 4 point system at the main stage is shit, but I guess there can be no German festival without at least one multipoint stage.
I understand the concept's been changed a bit since '07, sure hope the sound at the alternative/open mind has not |

I went there, to have fun
and I did but thanks to my friends
it was the worst vuuv/voov ever ...
worst crowd ever with 80% of the people wich were trancer tuning crowd, bold , huge muscles and moto tattoos everywhere...
95% of the people there fucked up on ecstasy... no vibe, no spirit... nothing
where were the beautiful people ???
but no question, regarding the shitty music being played there, you get the crowd you deserve.
only 3 hours of real progressive on the sunday.
rest of the time was fullonish so called psy-prog on "open mind" floor, wich is , as full on is, ecstasy music all the way... also playing darkpsy on both stage at the same time on saturday night, wtf ??
you guys fucking lost it
Last real voov was in 2006, when I guess it was still called Voov and antaro still doing the thing. After 2006, the progressive stage, got much smaller, smaller sound, less progressive etc.
In 2007 the change was definitely being felt, when voov became vuuv.. it was still alright, but something was missing... yet we could still meet many beautiful people everywhere wich made the party still nice...
This year, they were all gone... that was my last vuuv for sure... it became a childish festival for kids on E.
People that don't give a shit everywhere, even agressive sometime, playing tuning trance all night long in their car and leaving trashes everywhere...
I guess time changes... next time I will go somewhere else, Ozora maybe , but somewhere where there is still some kind of vibe and people that care
Bye Bye vuuv, I won't miss you... still misses Voov Experience though...

I second that Oliver. It has REALLY changed since 06, and not in a good way. Im glad I didnt have to pay anything but transportation this year. The only really good thing was the weather. Met some nice people at the yoga place and some of the stands as well. But I will not go again unless booked/going with someone who is. It has become way to trashy for me.
RIP VooV experience. |
