How about a simple antiphase removal plugin: whenever antiphase is detected - change the angle of the sound to +/- 90deg, with various algorithms, as in negative angle, make it 90degrees (mute one channel, either the one with lower or higher volume, depends on algorithm choice), change the angle to the negative of it (240deg becomes 300deg, 120deg becomes 60, etc), and of course, standard stereo seperation with an option to change the spread of a sample to within a certain degree range. Of course, click removal algorithms may be necessary for some of this. Ohh, and an option to turn all frequencies under 400Hz to mono (both pre and post).
Simple enough tool to make all mixdowns vinyl-ready  |

i want an one-button-effect...
pressing this knob, the plugin should be able to analyze my thoughts and dreams, and based on that data it should automatically create inspiring chops/stutters/delay/whatever-fx and backing melodies...
also would be killah, if it could order a pizza (of course the plug would need an additional knob for this...)

interestingly i have just such a plugin waiting to be finished & GUI / skinned... it's still a bit confusing because of the routing, but it has:
- stereo autopan
- multichorus
- reverb
- delays
- bitcrusher/rectifier/shaper/drive
- stereo pitchshifter
- SVF with pannable / automatable parallel outputs
- a reasonable big matrix
- 3 LFOs, a random generator, some x-y controllers (inertia & plain) and an envelope follower for modulations
will see if i can find it somewhere! |

I'd like something similar but easier to use than Live Cut. Something for stuttering voices in a more professional way, including built in pitch bend automation, attack and release between cuts and some other features in my head.
Sounds like glitch, but not the way I see it working. |
