iff you have high cpu (90-95 or more)its pretty reasonable for this to happend
or maybe you dont use the asio drivers

i use the m - audio asio drivers mate ... selecting them from the vst multitrk options !

but this crackling start as soon as cpu jumps for 75 % or more .... so is this normal ?

Turn your latency UP - 11 ms is very low.
Turn it up to 20 or 40 ms and see if that solves the problem. You generally don't need to have latency set so low.

I usually keep my latency to the maximum. I don't play anything live when composing, so better use that to lower the CPU usage.

try to increase your card letancy, if that wont work,
try to reduce some cpu usage, if that wont work,
check the disk usage meter, bounce stuff you can,
thu it can be just normal audio clicks, you can
use automatic fades.

have a nice day
