I dont think there is any VSTi does it, but there are some shitty appz like FL Studio v.4.1.2 which do.

Another option is to scrach it at the end, while mastering the track or somewhere at the end.           Belive me... Dont Belive AnyOne!!!

------------------------------------------

1.what u use to create your music
2.i am quite sure that you dont know the abilities of fl studio if you talking like that.
3.fruity as a prog dont do scratch- it has plugin that does it but i dont like so....-maybe the fl plugins are shit and no the prog itself
4.i want the scracth be automated so i cant do it at the end

its basically just pitch enveloping

you could do it with any sound editor if you had the patience.

there's also a little app on www.analogx.com which attempts to do this, but its not vst,           http://www.dartrecordings.co.uk/

and btw... if u think about how pitch enveloping works... its really impossible to do this in a VST effect (if you speed it up it gets shorter/faster, so the plugin would need to play something that hasnt happened yet in the audio stream)

the only way i could think of doing it real-time / live with it automated, would be to put the sample into a capable sampler like kontakt, trigger it via midi whilst automating the sample pitch.

i'm afraid i still hvent worked out automating kontakt but i could tell you how to do it in battery. in fact i already did somewhere else in this forum i'll see if i can find the link           http://www.dartrecordings.co.uk/

"in battery master setup map any midi #cc (such as 74, usually brightness or cutoff on a synth or controller) to controller A.

in battery select the cell and go to the modulation bit at the bottom left. choose (2) or an empty modulation slow. choose controller A as your source, choose pitch as your dest. then play around with the midi #cc and you can easily automate sample pitch , tweaking from a midi controller if u have one "

sorry for the multiple posts           http://www.dartrecordings.co.uk/
