Hey guys i was just wondering, when working with cubase and you are sure you are going to keep something like it is you record the Plugin you were useing into a Wav file?
i tried working with a few plugins at a time and i noticed it would "lag" the music causing it to sttuter and stuff

raise the latency of your audiointerface, this lowers the CPU load and prevents stuttering, actually lets you put more plugins at the same time.
Buy a faster computer 
It very normal, that once you reach the limits of the CPU and are not able to playback without clicks etc. that you "bounce", export tracks to free up ressources.
