looking for a device.. if glitch had panning processor among its effects it would be what i'm looking for.
so maybe anyone knows anything like that? something like trigger gate, but trigger pan.

I'm not sure if I understanded right what you want!
But here it goes..

SplitGate VST, free left/right seperate controlled 16/32 steps (trance) gate VST effect.

It looks like this:

You can do assymetric panned gatting (?)

If not, there's Pancake, for ultra flexible panning settings!
