is there any vst sampler which can open refill files so u can use the files within them? |

I don't think that refills are open format, so only propellerheads can make it work. |

reason can be rewired.,
so its sort of behaving like a vst.,
another thing,
re-fills are not only samples i think, they can contain data for all devices in reason.,
best thing to do is to find some program that will convert samples inside refills to normal samples .,
