VST in logic

Hi
now I know how to select a instrument-module in Logic and place it on a channel and play with it... but how do I select Vst-instruments and effects...
i got plenty of vst-stuff installed. they are in my steinberg-folder. do u have to put them in my logic folder??

Yes. Are some folder called "VstPlugIns" inside you Logic folder?
Put all the plugins on it.
Simple

if the plugs are moved to the folder, open logic ( takes some time until all plugs are recognized ) double-click on "audioinst-"channel in the arrangewindow --> environment. channel "instrument x" selected.
on top u find the inserts for fx, followed by the bus-sends n among them the vst I -insert ( v5.2 n deeper the instrument-inserts are on the top )
choose output channel.
