Hey guys
Do you know of a good plug in to pitch vocals without changing the original pitch and speed that the original signal has? This type of effect can create deep pitched voices, or light "squirell" kinda pitch.
I got Antares Vox VST, which is good, but... it adds a kinda white noise to the signal, and I like to process vocals without white noise.
Can you recomend me a plug in that can to this type of pitching? |

I want to change the pitch, but without changing the melody or "tone" of the original sound. Just make it higher, or deeper, but it has to fit with the rest of the production. Antares autotune is the one I have at the moment, and it adds white noise:( is waves soundshifter any good? |

joker , are you joking?
the tone is the pitch! you cant change pitch without changing it!
i dont know what white noise your talking about on autotune but you should try waves pitchshifter its kinda cpu eater but it does good job. |

maybe you should look for a "time-shift" plugin rather than "pitch shift" stuff.. you can find this at kvr |

ok , it must be one of those 2
time strech - for change length and preserve the original pitch (make sure the setting correct)
pitch shift - to change pitch without change length.
or , vocoder , but this will add/replace with diffrent sound , then u can play with the pitch with midi notes (thats a big wow! reccomend to try this)
