VS means that both artists collaborated and doing a track together and each artist bring his own style to the track and they compete with artists rules on the track
&means that artists collaborated and trying to get a new style invention with mixing both styles in the track

there are different ways of remixing :
DRI vs. LodgeDJ means that two different tracks or songs are played on the same session, when the second fades in, the first begins to turns volume down .
Aerosmith & RUN DMC means that the whole project has been prepared by two groups or artists .
DOOF on OAKENFOLD means that Doof has remixed - or added something to - an Oakenfold song . Oakenfold simply gives Doof the material to work on .

its all the same shit!! some people write "vs." some "&" some "on" and some people write "Green House Effect vs. Sandman" witch is the same man with two names...
dont get botther by this... just listen to the music!

Cant understand whats the fuss is all about?
what possible difference does it make if they write "&" or "Vs." or "&." or "Vs" ...the most funny think is that this subject is discussted on the length of 2! pages...
do u wanna tell me that if they write "Vs." it means that when they make the track together they fight and throw the keyboard and monitors one at each other? or does "Vs" [without a point!] makes any difference???..
perhaprs add ons such as:"meets" "on" makes huge difference?? in that case how about an example:
Talamasca Behind Skazi, Infected In Front Skazi [Zoo B Rear Remix?], Deedrah Kicks Wizzy Noise, Astrix From The Left OF Melicia...
Now lets all ->"make a difference" and change it with "." and "&"...

ok guys ive heard alot of Vs between artists ...but i was wondering what is the real concept of a Vs?
Is it a track where 2 or more artists work together ,formulate ideas on a track ?
or is it where One artist tries to better the other in the story they agree upon?sort of like a fight where one tries to kill the other ,,,,,
Would really like if some artists who have collaborated to give info

hahahhaha -) thatz not what i meant my freind ..
what i meant was
Suppose 2 artist make a track together (say 6 minutes) , say 1 starts the track and the other finishes it..
Now the 1 artist will start with a suitable story to the track ,with all the synths , samples and watever he chooses (thats the 1st part)untill 3 minutes(actually the time wouldnt matter). The second artist will now try to better the story of the track with his weapons (synths, samples atmospheres ,pads watever)
Is this what takes place during Vs.is my question?
i didnt mean that artist sit infront of a Sequencer and fight lol-)
