It appears that a measure to decriminalize marijuana will make it onto the Massachusetts ballot in November. This will not legalize marijuana but will make possession of less than an ounce a civil and not criminal offense. This means you will not have a criminal record if caught, which currently makes it difficult for many to find housing, get student loans, or secure jobs.
Spread the word for a sensible Marijuana policy in Massachusetts.
California you may be ahead of us on this, but we still beat you to gay marriage and universal health care! |
