Back from the VooV. What a fucking cool little village... What a massive event... Freq, Atmos and Tobias & DanielSun the highlights for me. People from all walks of life, decos and laser shows that i ve never seen before and an organisation that left me trying to figure out how many people were involved in it. Commercial certainly, and at times too much, but loads of creativity and positive energy especially at the progressive floor. It was definetely a VooV experience... |

That's too bad. They were supposed to go in at 4:00...... by 7:00 i had waited enough and had gone too sleep already. Well, the rest of the festival was so great anyways, no worries.......

Fantastic festival. Well organised. Lots of happy smiling people. The campsite was a blast from end to end.
Highlight for me was FREq... totally did my head in... what a set!
Tegma, Atmos and Wizzy Noise also played sets of note.
The fog that settled in was something different (for me anyway) and kept the sun off for a while
Thanks VooVers! Hope to see you all next time! |

I had the best time. Musically, freq was my favourite, those basslines shook the floor like i have never seen before. Also enjoyed Tegma, what a rocking set. Atmos and Wizzy Noise sets were also good. As for djs, have to agree with alexberlin, dj vazik set was incredible, so much energy!
Met lots of great ppl at the party, See you all next year!! |

For those who say SUB6 didnt show up in voov - well we sure did !! but we did it at 7:00 not at 4:00 like it was written at the original timetable. the decision to delay our show was made because of gear problems. we had to dacide if it is better to play at 4:00 and make the live with only pc running(wich we never do) or to wait 3 hrs, fix the problem and make the full live we usually do with live drums and sampler. the decision was made together by SUB6 and VOOV production . we feel very sorry for those ppl who wanted to see the show and missed it because of this delay - we apologize and hope to see you again soon in one of our next shows - big respect.
psicoprata - we will appreciate if you will change your post.
it was an amazing experience!! really loved FREQ, HALDOLIUM, TOBIAS & DANIEL SUN, SILICON SOUND, and the biggest suprise for me was LIQUID SOUL!!!

To Tegma....hehe....I'm sure the Mexican lady pulling off her shirt made you guys feel like in heaven....
And to the Sub 6 boys....man oh man...next time plz make sure you don't drink so much so at least you know how to drum. You guys are one of my favourite acts ever....but your live-act @ Voov totally sucked in my opinion. A bit more professionalism, maybe less drinking/drugs and straight drumming would not be to much next time......'cause this was simply rediculous !!!
Ah....and some personal highlights:
Sabai Sabai (Thailand), what an insaaaaaaane storming nightset he did.....he left all of us with our brains splattered to bits !!! The only dj on the whole festival representing descent nightsounds.....which I personally think is rediculous for festivals of this size and level.....why is there hardly no more nightmusic on the german festivals at all ???? Not on Antaris/Fusion/Voov or Full Moon Festival...it's kinda sad for those of us who do love this a lot
Regan (Nano), for me the best dj-set on the whole festival. Starting real groovy with the sun still shining....and heading into the night with deep psychedelic hypnotizing sounds....and not just the regular beatmixing non-stop every tune but some very daring in/outro mixing that created amazingly deep psychedelic atmospheres....u rule Regan !!!
Zen...last but sure not least. One of our Dutch national products and damn....he made us all real proud to have a dutch dj up there. Deep sounds, brilliant mix of psy/progressive intelligent stuff....the deep kind and no cheese/pop allowed thank God ! U rule dude...thx for a killer set !
All in all totally got Vooved again and still wiping & coughing the dust out of my clothes and longues.
Best Festival almost every year....together with Full Moon Festival the best around in Germany !
Thx a lot to both organisations on my personal behalf. Mind Funk Records

i think U are ridiculous ... calm down a bit dude ... u want to teach sub6 how to play live music??? a trance dj want to teach a musician how to play ...??
funny , funny ... the drum perfomance was very good , but maybe U were too drank to catch the music .... at least show some respect to the musicians, the fact that u know how to push the cue/play button on a cdj is not enough imo to bullshit real musicians that plays real musicshows and that knows to play live instrument (not only moving a jog dial and a crossfader...)... i heard a part of sabai sabai set and it was horrible, full of double kicks and no good mixing for sure...

Side-A.....why are you such a jerk? Golan played the drums like my grandma could do better....he was even laughing when he missed hitting the right drum or whatever man....so what the fuck is your problem? It seems that you just like to jump on top of me for whatever reason you can find just 'cause I love other music than you do or whatever fucked up other reason you got in your head. Lemme tell you something, 'cause I'm really getting tired of you. I played more instruments that you will ever be able to imagine, I had 10 years of classical musictraining, I know how to write and read music and I certainly know it when someone is hitting a drum on the wrong moment 'cause a kid of 10 can hear that. I'm not saying Sub 6 sucks 'cause they're one of my favourite acts ever ! So dude....get over yourself, pull your head out of your ass and stop licking ass with your favourite artists....'cause also they will never grow and learn if they don't get criticized for doing things wrong when they do. THE LIVE-SET SUCKED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope u got it now !

i have nothing against u man, don't be so paranoid, it's just about what u said... u seem quite arrogant saying stuffs like that ...
now ,as u seem to really know what you are talking about, i m really looking forward to hear you playing live music on stage in front of 10 000 people ... and play KILLER live set of the music YOU produced with your impressing musical knowledge, playing live on your equipment with live instrument , and not only just spinning some cds in a cd player ....
BTW i m not licking anyone ass here, sub6 just played an amazing live set after a night full of boring dj sets, and they rocked the place, the dancefloor was on fire, and their performance was great, and i m sure that most of the people that was there would agree with me about that ... their live act under the rising sun was a blast !

Sure dude...whatever you say.....you're always right ! It was an amaaaaaaaaaaaaazing live-set with such amaaaaaaaaaaaaazing tight drumming that it made my panties all wet ok? And all other full on was boring and the progressive was sooooooooooooo incredibly good and you have absolutely nothing against full on or me or anything like it. Have a nice day !
Oh...and how could I possibly forget to mention that people like Sub6 are absolutely not to be critisized at all 'cause they are your personal hero's/gods or wank-off....please excuse me for living at all and having the balls to open my mouth to point a finger @ the gods.....(just for your personal information....I will keep opening my mouth about things that I think that need to be critisized...no matter if you like it or not bro...but I do wish you a good day though and hope you wisen up and take less drugs next time when being at a party so you can REALLY hear what's going on !)
For the rest I wish Golan or his partner would respond to this....so I just know if I'm a plain idiot or if I am right....not that it's that important but at least for me personally it would proove that my (h)ears are not totally fucked up (which would make it pretty hard to dj I guess )....anyway....peace...out ! pathetic ...
keep your arrogance and your disrespect , i m done here...
and i m really looking forward to hear YOUR music m8; u seem sooooo talented and such a good musician that i m really wondering why we haven't seen your live project yet ... but i guess it's just more easy to talk trash and say " i could do better" than just to actually DO it ...
still one thing , for sure critisize is positive when justified ,but your attitude just show jalousy ....
ego ... ego ... ego ... ego ...
