And my compliments to the Voov Experience crew, I think since last years when they brought back full on into it, now mixed up perfectly with progressive it's the ultimate festival of all, something for everbody, and not just purists and people that can't see a bit further than their nose and own taste is long....you should know better Zombi & Miss Tick !!!

dude ........there is a prog stage for prog music and a psychedelic stage for psychedelic music ...
u seems so open minded ... would u mind some prog live acts on the main stage during the saturday night ???? maybe antaro could pu shaman during saturdday night... why not ??? we are open minded people ....
about this "people that can't see a bit further than their nose and own taste is long...." i can send it back to u dude .......

Hehe....well, well....I think some of you have not really witnessed the Voov before a few years ago in my opinion, but it's only my opinion of course. I know and am damn sure about this that also the main stage had heaps of progressive dj's like Axel, Anti, Paul Pied Piper....just to name a few....or is that full on in ur eyes? Get real plz people...and with oempa oempa music I mean the most boring minimalistic shite on earth. I am a lover of good progressive music, we also do our Innersounds label, which is Inpsyde Media's progressive label, and I dig that kinda progressive stuff majorly.... so for all those who think I'm an intolerant sack of shite...I'd say have a good look in the mirror. Wishing you all a mighty good week....but eh....ur a bit unreal amigos !!! Hope that gets sorted someday !!   And about a progressive and full on stage...once more...who ever said there was a thing like that except you people getting all off about nothing here  Correct me if I'm wrong but I've been on the Voov since '95 and have never ever seen anything that said "go to full-on stage here" or "go the progressive stage there"....but I might have missed that of course...only human as well and I'm sure Antaro can sort us out on that subject.....so much for now...peace out !!! There was no progressive at all last year on the main stage(and we were discussing about that , last year festival where shitty full on was played the first night!)
anti played 2 years ago, when the first night was filled with great psyechedelic djs ( such as mack, vor ...) on the alternative stage
last year the first night was horrible, the atmosphere on the dancefloor was heavy as hell (thanx to the music .............)
any way , i hope this year we ll have anti back again instead of alien project on the main stage.... |

To be honest I agree with you amigo that the music was horrible on the first night....apart from Sven Looping, but that's a matter of taste, but some unknown guy I've never heard off was completely not in place, the band of Alpha, Johan Bley and some other veterans who I think should stay at home (in my opinion) and more other horrible shite was indeed going on....so in this you got my full support. Alien Project for me is also a name that should go home and think about why he's being booked 'cause a difference between his live and dj-set is never noticable and pretending to write music while a man behind the scenes is making most for him....is also not my way, so I agree once more and I'd rather hear Anti as well. My point was that I think the first night should be something for everybody, I believe if it's full on or progressive is not the issue to much...it should be simply be high-quality, specially on a festival like this, and seeing a bunch of people that are just lucky to shake the right hands and get their asses on stage there is totally not what I think should be done at a festival with this reputation. I hope hereby we can burry the hatchet and agree in peace on that the first night was absolutely complete horror !!!!  Hope the Voov-crew considers this criticism of the proggy/full on camps and put some descent quality music there !!!! Take care and peace out yo !!!

Hehe, what blabla about the dance floors!
There is just since 2001 an alternative floor, how to fit 15.000 people in a circus tent? In the beginning there was just the Voov, 1 soundsystem & some dj's and a hand full of partyfreaks! Way before any progressive sound was ever made!
Just EnJOY the festivalvibe & you tune in to any sound easily!
