try www.kvraudio.com for example.
then, you need a carrier and modulator signal. for example: use string sounds and modulate them with your voice. |

ive had good results with akai's DC vocoder

cubase comes with a vocoder inside.
also in the waves 5 bundle you got plug called morphoder which is really nice.
reaktor have really impressive vocoder.
