Vocal samples?

I searched for vocal samples and only 1 thread came up, so here goes:
I'm looking for vocal samples to put in my track. I know a lot come from movies like Dune or Babylon5... so I was looking through some Carl Sagan quotes and sci-fi b movies, and the twilight zone, but nothing seems to fit.. The Cosmos ones had music playing in the background which made it impossible to sample... All else either doesn't have the right sounding voice, or its said in a normal speech way.
I'm looking for quotes dealing with humanity, unknown/ufos, scientific anomalies, etc.. That have some sort of mystified overtone to them. Does ayone know where I can look for vocals like these?
I was considering recording my own, but they sounded terrible..
Also, how is reverb/delay generally used on vocal samples?

maybe you can find something here..

search for sci-fi vocals or something, or actualy grab a movie and split the audio part from it in cubase or something but take in mind that most stuff is under copy rights if you wanna release those tracks..

Try searching for "The Teaching company". Thats a great collection of lectures about alot of different subject, like Religion, Science, History etc.

Take a weekend, get some beer and crisps or popcorn and rent some movies, maybe get a spliff aswell 
Old Scifi movies, Documentary, Drama, maybe some comedy.. go with feeling... you will surley find something...

I've been looking at some old scifi movies, and they have some good quotes that I might be able to adapt and maybe record my self...although my mic isn't very good.
I guess this just takes more patience and trial and error of choosing movies... |

and the future looks very colourful ,but that is individual of course

and..
why so pesimistic ? why so negative?Whats the sense of it? Where is your aim with it?
maybe you should smile a bit more.Its sometimes eazyier as one might think.

^^ thats right.i dont like nuggin,but come on ,vocal samples is like the easiest thing in electronic music.plenty of stuff out there(internet)
