Hello people

does anyone have an idea on how to produce the vocal effect in this track from the album Prism
Abakus - Rocket

Also similar to some vocal fx on telefon tel aviv tracks
i kinda dig these would like to incorporate on my ttracks
any help would be deeply aprecciated isradudes!
