yeah there's the formant saw lead sound, sounds like sylenth1 with the decimator on actually because it sounds kind of bitcrushed, but you can get that sound either way.
He bounced some sections of the formant filter lead, and slid the pitch up and slowed it a bit for that stutteryness.
Then there's the singing part that has been pitch shifted up and down. Could be an LFO on the pitch, but that would be way harder to make, and there would be no reason to go the long way by doing that.
I know in Cubase you can pitch shift audio and basically draw a pitch envelope right on a wav.
Then there's the gate effect. There's probably a pitchdelay too like the one that was posted on this forum a little while ago... pongdelay or something

I'm amazed at the sound quality ,this kinda stuff makes me feel like i really suck , can't understand how to make my tracks that fat and i'm not talking about the kickbass but the synhts and effects and the use of reverbs some guys do blows me away
