Hey everyone!
Bare with me on this one.
I have been thinking about upgrading my synth rack for a while... Now, imagine this:
You have a Nord Lead 2x rack version
You have a Virus TI desktop (Rack mountable)
You have high quality phatass 4-5 octave keyboard midi controller (Not hammer-action keys, just normal good keys)
Now, you want to take this with you in a live setup, so you need a rack solution that will work good in a live situation AND in the studio. Live, you need to have quick access to your synths, so they need to be in the same rack.
SO! What would you choose for a rack solution and controller keyboard?
If you have pictures, please post them! Drawings or whatever, post them. There are several places wich can build customised racks, so the options are endless... Oh, and don`t forget that you need room for cables to your synths in the rack
Hope to get some nice answers to this

Wow! Looks really nice
Even room for the audio-interface, man. good good. The only thing is that it seems kinda big. And the walls would be a little annoying for me.
What about having the synths beside each other instead? Is that even possible? Kind of a long briefcase-looking rack. with a removable lid on top... Hmm.
And when I was saying "Updating my synth rack" I also meant the synths themselves, cause I dont`have them yet
More solutions please! And what about a controller keyboard? M-audio seems to be a good choice. |
