ok, lets see what my brain is able to remember:

schwarzlichtkinder, mile , grille , beam team , giant optix , felix, funplastica , tiwi (the deconaut) , adrenochrom , leppo (amazing huge stars of string-art) , fds (freunde der sonne),
t.o.s.o.r. , etc......

these are mostly from the north of germany....

COSMIC WALKERS from Leipzig for sure!
they made deco at the fullmoon-festival in germany, the boom-festival and at several smaller parties.
