VISTA vs XP

Didn't really know where to put this, hope it's good here.
now, thinking bout bying a new pc, but my problem is i can't choose between VISTA and XP.
I'm now working on xp and i'm pretty happy about it and i heard there are lots of problems with audio on vista...
oh, and i'm working with cubase sx 3, ableton live 6, traktor and adobe audition.
vst's: vanguard, zeta, massive, fm8, albino 3, Storm drum, alien, tau pro,...
any idea's?

if you are happy with xp why you cant choose between vista and xp?
stick with xp!

XP a thousand times over. I HATE vista, it's fooking awful. So awful that when it happened i transferred to mac in disgust (amongst other reasons ). Don't choose vista. Peace

if you have cubase sx 3 cracked by H2O, it won't work in vista.
But, otherwise, I've never had any serious problems with Vista itself, only with the drivers companies make for Vista, but this still is a problem.
XP's safer, so if you dig it, then just stick with it til Windows 7. I hope that will be solid.

Well, if you want to add like 8-16GB of Ram...Vista.
Not only that, you can download a TinyVista, and its great, but, some few plugins might not work for Vista, such as Instajungle.

Yeah the RAM barrier is the major turnoff on XP.
