Well... Here ya go. Some quick examples of the Virus | Powercore in action. Pretty much left it untouched so you can hear the true power of this beast.
Virus_Samples_Request_4x: 1) Pad 2) Synth FX 3) Psy Lead 4) FX (maybe youll recognize this one)
NiceVirusRiffWithAddPercFX: The Virus is the lead synth, with some nice patch design by me The rest is other stuff.
VirusExample_AmbientIntro1: This is an ambient peice, atleast the start of it. All Virus, nothing else. Real deep, and hypnotic. Disregard the lead... that was me just f'ing around.

You MAY think... great big deal. But remember. My CPU was sitting at zero the whole time. You may be able to acheive these sounds with other high end vsti's, but you'll also be spending a lot of your CPU cycles on FX to do so. Zt3a is cool, but its unusable when you got the FX engaged. The FX are what makes z3ta... z3ta. I don't know know about you by, I can't even hold down a 3 note pad chord without ridding up to 80% CPU. Albino's nice, but sounds like a whimp compared to this, plan and simple. |
