OK, I caved in and installed it. Very impressive so far. I noticed the known bugs people have been consistently reporting so far but they seem to be minor/cosmetic for the most part. The comb filter is really nice and gives me a lot of ideas along with the stomp boxes... onion overdrive is my favorite so far, I think. I was able to get some pretty crazy heavy guitar riff thingies out of it.
Using arrows to scroll through browser presets is a huge plus, too.

i used it for a couple of hours yesterday, very the new boxes are sweet, made few of my own presets with ARP to Matrix modulations with the vowel filter and the stomp boxes its fantastic, new life to sounds
bugs are ok, they can be ignored, probably will be fixed with the next update
this is killargh !!

I tested OS4 in a live set in Atlanta last night with no problems with any of the new features.

I've been using OS4 (64 bit version) for a few days now, and so far I've had no bugs or problems whatsoever, and the stuff that bothered me before (like slow response when turning knobs in VC) seem to have gone. The new features are really nice too, I especially like the arp>matrix stuff, makes it easy to do some really wild sounds =) |
