thanks a lot gaiana for the support
i alredy fixed it it was a evil mix of live ableton error virus ti controll explosion and buggy 3.0 version
but im happy i could reopen the track and work propertly again i was driving insane
these artifakt is too killer to have in my desk and not be able to use it aijaijajaiaiaj

Also I'm getting all sorts of errors.
Constantly the 'sync error', which tells me to restart 'play' in Cubase.
Also I'm getting this error, when I try to export to audio:
''WARNING for technical reasons FREEZING and offline rendering of virus is not supported
WORKAROUND, when rendering to disk, use REALTIME rendering.'' |

That's not an error, it's the way the Virus works. It's in the documentation that you have to render it real-time.

Seriously, wasn't the Viruscontrol meant to be working just as any regular Vst instrument?
That isn't really the case then, hmm. |

I noticed when using the Virus TI as a soundcard with the new OS it would give me Sync Errors, as soon as I used a different soundcard this problem went away. Perhaps a workaround? Don't use the TI as a soundcard for now.

No, because the Virus Control (hence the name) controls the Virus. Everything is still coming out of your hardware even though it's streaming through the USB.
That's why you can't use the Virus Control VST without a Virus attached to it.
