looks like installer for TI Snow... wonder if it works for other TI models...
still, the beatliscer and update should be coming soon, so maybe wait until its official

they took it down- wasnt supposed to be official, or was released because the Snow was being shipped...
anyway seems like there are some problems, side-chain doesnt work, some BSOD for windows, some freezing with the Atomizer, and doesnt include the new Control Center - check www.virusti.com - some Access engineers discuss it also
